Celebrating our new house with traditional fare - ice cream.
``Mmm, chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream!''
Our kitchen, July 2001. We never have cake, biscuits, or sweets around.
Honest.
Work, work, work. This grass grows incredibly fast. It seems like it needs
a cut every week or so. *Sigh*.
South Bay, Scarborough, August 2001. There's a castle ruin on the hill,
and seagulls use that area for nesting. It's deafening. There's a
(much quieter) North Bay as well, just up the coast a bit.
Scarborough. Angelika, eating ice cream (do you detect a pattern?). Just
moments after we took this photo, it chucked it down with rain. The ice
cream didn't get wet, though.
Rich, Julie-Ann, and Angelika at Mr Greenjeans, the Eaton Centre,
Toronto, in October 2001. Notice the exceedingly cool rings that
Angelika and I are wearing.
Peoples, Eaton Centre, October 2001. Purveyors of fine jewelry,
including Canadian diamonds!
Haworth, December 2001. Rich, Angelika, and Gerald are watching
out for attack stealth trains. They've been known to pounce
when one least expects. (NB: Haworth is where the Bronte parsonage
is located, and features some exceedingly touristy shops).
