Instructions for the Submission of Final Versions

Please note that publication of your paper in the ISMIS'08 proceedings is subject to the following conditions:
  1. At least one of the authors of your paper must register for the conference by February 8, 2008. Registration information will be forthcoming shortly at the ISMIS'08 registration page.
  2. We must receive the files for your camera-ready version by February 1.
  3. We must receive the copyright transfer form for your paper signed by at least one of the authors by February 1.
Format and Page Limit of the Final Version
The ISMIS 2008 proceedings will appear in Springer's Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI) series. The final version must strictly adhere to the Springer Verlag LNCS formatting style. No changes to such formatting rules are permitted.

The page limit for the different types of papers is as follows: Please note that for each paper you can buy at most ONE extra page at a cost of $100 (CAN), paid together with your registration fee.

What and Where to Submit
Please send the files of your final version by email to ismis08@cse.yorku.ca by February 1, 2008. Please use "Final version submission" followed by your paper ID as the subject of the email. The following files should be enclosed in your email: Please kindly name your pdf file {paper_id-first_author_last_name}.pdf and your zip file {paper_id-first_author_last_name}.zip. For example, your files can be named as 180-smith.pdf and 180-smith.zip if your paper id is 180 and the last name of the first author is Smith.

Authors must download this customized copyright transfer form, print it, sign it, send it by fax or mail to the conference organisers by February 1 at the following address:
