Who I Am
I'm an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at York University.I graduated with a PhD from the University of Toronto in 1989 and did a post-doc at AT&T Bell Labs, Murray Hill, for a year and a half. I came to York in 1990.
I am currently the head of Bethune College.
I no longer supervise graduate students.
My Research Interests
Computer graphics. Realistic image synthesis. Ray tracing, shading, illuminant models, antialiasing. Here are my publications and some images that I've created over the years. Also available is a copy of the Siggraph 1989 animation "Megacycles".
What I'm Teaching
I'm teaching EECS 1520A MWF1:30 pm this fall.
This winter I'm teaching EECS 1520R TR9:30 at Markham.
