Registration Information

Registration Categories

CONCUR 08 has the following three registration categories:

• early: before or on August 1, 2008;
• late: after August 1, 2008 and before or on August 11, 2008;
• on-site: during the conference.

Note: online registration closes at August 11, 2008. Registration will also be possible on-site.

Participant Categories

CONCUR 08 has the following three participants categories:

• student (proof should be brought to the conference);
• ACM member (ACM membership number has to be provided when registering);
• non-student, non-member.

The registration package includes access to all sessions of both conferences, a copy of the CONCUR proceedings, a copy of the PODC proceedings, breakfast, coffee breaks, a PODC reception on Sunday, a CONCUR reception on Monday, a lunch on Wednesday, and a banquet on Wednesday.

Note: For students, a copy of the CONCUR proceedings and a ticket to the CONCUR reception are not included in the registration package.

Note: For students, a copy of the CONCUR proceedings, a ticket to the CONCUR reception and a ticket to the banquet are not included in the registration package.

CONCUR Proceedings

One copy of the CONCUR proceedings is included in the registration package for those ACM members and non-members (but not students) who have registered for either CONCUR or both CONCUR and PODC. Additional copies of the CONCUR proceedings cost $80 CDN.

PODC Proceedings

One copy of the PODC proceedings is included in the registration package for those who have registered for both CONCUR and PODC. Additional copies of the PODC proceedings cost $35 CDN.

CONCUR Reception

There will be a CONCUR reception on Monday August 18. One reception ticket is included in the registration package for those ACM members and non-members (but not students) who have registered for either CONCUR or both CONCUR and PODC. Additional tickets for the CONCUR reception cost $25 CDN.

CONCUR/PODC Banquet

There will be a CONCUR/PODC banquet on Wednesday August 20. One banquet ticket is included in the registration package for those who have registered for either PODC or both CONCUR and PODC, and for those ACM members and non-members (but not students) who have registered for CONCUR alone. Additional tickets for the banquet cost $70 CDN.

Cancelation Policy

After August 11, 2008, registrants will not be entitled to a refund.
