19th International Conference on Concurrency Theory

CONCUR 08, the 19th International Conference on Concurrency Theory, took place in Toronto, Canada, on August 19-22, 2008. The purpose of the CONCUR conferences is to bring together researchers, developers, and students in order to advance the theory of concurrency, and promote its applications (in a broad sense).

CONCUR 08 was collocated with the 27th Annual ACM SIGACT-SIGOPS Symposium on the Principles of Distributed Computing (PODC 2008). Furthermore, there was a symposium celebrating the contributions of Nancy Lynch and a number of workshops on topics related to CONCUR and PODC. The overall event took place at the University of Toronto on August 18-23, 2008.
